Shipping policy

Clean + Care® ships directly from our production center in Columbus, Ohio. Orders are processed + shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.  Clean + Care ships exclusively within the domestic United States.
